George Laurens is licensed under the Debt Collectors (Field Agents and Collection Agents) Act 2014 in Queensland.  We hold a Master License issued under the Commercial Agents and Private Inquiry Agents Act 2004 in New South Wales.  Should litigation become necessary, we commence action in the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal [QCAT] and follow the legal process through to the Magistrates Court for notation on credit reports and enforcement action giving a saving on those expensive solicitors costs.
